Speckled Mountain I did from the East Royce trailhead and found it to be a delightful trail to a summit with fantastic views of the Caters, Baldfaces, and Prezis - along with a bunch of mountains I can't name in Maine! Worth your time to hike

Baldface Mountain, August 2nd

Baldface I did as a big lolly pop including Eastman and Eagle Crag, and honestly the main ridgetrail up the north and south summits would be great for practicing the alpine side of winter mountaineering, so I may return one day for that exact reason. Anyhow, this is well documented, and the views are phenomenal - do it if you have the chance!
